Traditional buckwheat pasta sheets wrapping an intense spicy flavoured stuffing of smoked speck ham of Trentino Alto Adige, smoothed out with creamy fresh ricotta cheese.

FRESH FILLED EGG PASTA:

PASTA INGREDIENTS:50%: “00” WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water, added salt max 2%, buckwheat flour 1,5%.
STUFFING INGREDIENTS:50%: ricotta (serum MILK, MILK, cream (MILK), salt), speck ham 20% (pork’s meat, salt, dextrose, spices, flavourings, preserving agent: sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite), MILK, breadcrumbs (“0” WHEAT flour, yeast, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet ), salt, nutmeg, black pepper.

Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.
