The driving force of Pastificio Gaetarelli has always been its passion for the product, research for raw materials and love for cooking. Pastificio Gaetarelli’s mission is simply to produce high quality fresh pasta through strict selection of ingredients, careful research for the best raw materials - preferably local - and the artisanal manufacturing process combined with technological innovation.
A pasta factory since 1964, today it covers an area of 2,300 square meters with high-tech equipment and machinery specifically designed and manufactured for Pastificio Gaetarelli. In addition to the production plant and the offices, the company also includes a fully equipped kitchen where panel tests are held. The storage and refrigerated warehouse areas have been enlarged and improved, in full compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards, which has always been one of the crowning glories of the Pastificio Gaetarelli.
