Pastificio Gaetarelli is an artisan business combining tradition, manual skill and technical innovation. These features allow the company a transversal presence on the market, from Ho.Re.Ca sales channels to retailers and wholesaler, always targeted at high-end customers. Eighty percent of the production is destined for Europe (Italy, Great Britain, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, France and Spain), Central America (Costa Rica) and Asia (Malaysia). Gaetarelli holds a significant share of the UK market, where its products are marketed by an important and qualified British partner company which is the supplier of customers such as Harrods, Whole Foods, Carluccio’s, Waitrose, Ocado and Gategourmet for British Airways first and business class. In Europe, among Pastificio Gaetarelli’s customers are Finkostketer of Münich and Citysuper of Hong Kong.
