A strong and intense flavour stuffing, packed with cured ham, pan fried meat and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, all finely wrapped in a coarse thin pasta sheet.

FRESH FILLED EGG PASTA:

PASTA INGREDIENTS:60%: “00” WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water.
STUFFING INGREDIENTS:40%: raw ham 34% (pork’s meat, salt), breadcrumbs (“0” WHEAT flour, yeast, salt), braised beef 25% (beef 85%, onions, red wine, carrots, butter (MILK), salt, herbs mix), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), salt, nutmeg, black pepper.

Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.
