Tortelloni al brasato al barolo
FRESH FILLED EGG PASTA:

PASTA INGREDIENTS:50%: “00” WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water, added salt max 2%.
STUFFING INGREDIENTS:50%: braised beef 90% (beef meat 85%, onions, red wine, carrots, butter (MILK), Barolo wine 1%, salt, herb mix), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), breadcrumbs (“0” WHEAT flour, yeast, salt).

Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.
