PASTA INGREDIENTS:50%: “00” WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water, added salt max 2%. STUFFING INGREDIENTS:50%: asparagus 44%, ricotta (serum MILK, MILK, cream (MILK), salt), breadcrumbs (“0” WHEAT flour, yeast, salt), Pecorino Romano DOP cheese 3,5% (sheep’s MILK, salt, lamb rennet), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK, salt ,rennet), butter (MILK), salt, black pepper, nutmeg.
Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.
