PASTA INGREDIENTS:50%: “00” WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water, added salt max 2%. STUFFING INGREDIENTS:50%: ricotta 50% (serum MILK, MILK, cream (MILK), salt), Tremosine cheese 29% (MILK, lactic ferments, rennet, salt), Garda cheese (MILK, lactic ferments, rennet, salt, LYSOZYME), breadcrumbs (“0” WHEAT flour, yeast, salt), salt, black pepper.
Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.
