PASTA INGREDIENTS:50%: “00” WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water, added salt max 2%. STUFFING INGREDIENTS:50%: butternut squash 65%, amaretti biscuits 13% (sugar, apricot kernels, white EGG, LACTOSE and MILK protein, flavoring, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, yeast, salt), salt, nutmeg.
Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.
