PASTA INGREDIENTS:60%: “00” WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water. STUFFING INGREDIENTS:40%: ricotta 44% (serum MILK, MILK, cream (MILK), salt), spinach 22%, breadcrumbs (“0” WHEAT flour, yeast, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), butter (MILK), salt, onion, nutmeg, black pepper.
Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.
