Ravioloni ai funghi porcini
FRESH FILLED EGG PASTA:

PASTA INGREDIENTS:50%: “00” WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water, added salt max 2%.
STUFFING INGREDIENTS:50%: salted mushrooms 40% (champignon mushrooms and mixed mushrooms, Boletus edulis mushrooms 10%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, parsley, salt, garlic), ricotta (serum MILK, MILK, cream (MILK), salt), breadcrumbs (“0” WHEAT flour, yeast, salt), Fontal cheese (MILK, rennet, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), potato flakes, salt, black pepper.

Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.
