PASTA INGREDIENTS:50%: “00” WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water, added salt max 2%. STUFFING INGREDIENTS:50%: ricotta (serum MILK, MILK, cream (MILK), salt), Pecorino Romano DOP cheese 17% (sheep’s MILK, salt, lamb rennet), breadcrumbs (“0” WHEAT flour, yeast, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), basil 4%, salt, nutmeg, black pepper.
Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.
