FRESH FILLED EGG PASTA:

PASTA INGREDIENTS:60%: “00” WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water.
STUFFING INGREDIENTS:40%: braised beef 45% (beef meat 85%, onions, red wine, carrots, butter (MILK), salt, herbs mix), raw ham (pork’s meat, salt), breadcrumbs (“0” WHEAT flour, yeast, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), nutmeg, black pepper.

Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.
