The Ravioloni Ricotta e Spinaci with chiIi peppers and bay leaves is a spicy and tasty dish for those who love strong flavours. The delicate taste of the ricotta cheese goes well with the aroma of the bay leaves and the chili peppers in the sauce.
Cook the Ravioloni in abundant salted water for about 10 minutes then drain using a slotted spoon and put them in the pan where you previously flavoured the oil with a clove of garlic, the chili peppers and the bay leaves.
Serve very hot with a sprinkling of grated spicy Pecorino cheese.
