Ingredients
500 g "Tortelli di zucca", a knob of butter, sage, parsley, and poppy seeds
Preparation

The pumpkin tortelli with poppy seeds is an ideal dish for those who love distinct flavours and have limited time in the kitchen.
Cook the tortelli in salted water, and once it floats, cook for another two minutes.
In another pan, melt some butter and throw in some sage leaves.
When the tortelli are just a little al dente, transfer them to the pan with the butter and sage and finish off the cooking.
Transfer the tortelli to a serving dish and sprinkle some poppy seeds and parsley.
