Robiolotti with Robiola

Ingredients
500 g Robiolotti with Robiola Oro Zani, 150 g cherry tomatoes, 100 g rucola, oil, butter, garlic, salt and pepper
Preparation

To make the sauce, heat some oil in a pan and add finely chopped arugula. After a minute, add a knob of butter and the ravioli. Give it a little mix and then add the cubed cherry tomatoes after removing the seeds. Let cook for a few seconds and then transfer the Robiolotti on a serving dish after having cooked it for 5 minutes in abundant salted water.
